Jerrabomberra mixed-use facility
14 Ferdinand Lane, Jerrabomberra, New South Wales
About the project
This mixed-use facility is in an area of urban growth on the fringes of Canberra. The locality is currently under-served with community facilities and childcare services.
This new 1700m2 facility will house a large childcare, gymnasium, and fitness centre, two health-focused retail tenancies, a basement carpark and electric car charging station, helping establish the retail precinct as a vibrant community hub and support the local community as it grows.
METIO has been engaged by Living Design Projects to provide project management and contract administration services during construction.
The project is under construction and will be completed by July 2025.
